Awesome to find this fantastic tea tin to store tea to for the
gorgeous pitcher below. Bushell is the preferred tea
in Australia since Alfred bushell opened his doors in 1883. This
tea tin holds a pound of tea and is decorated with a Kangaroo,
Koala, Emu and kookaburra
Gorgeous handblown glass pitcher, light and transcluscent with
white frost all over. I filled this with gold and silver balls
for the holidays, and if nobody buys it I'll put it on the patio
full of fresh-squeezed lemonade this summer. Or iced tea with
honey, my new favorite. I don't know why anybody ever put sugar
in tea to begin with.
My favorite find this week are these whimsical orchestra band
angels, ready to add glorious strains to their heavenly songs.
They join 3 other angels that I got several years ago, taller
and in greener hues. I haven't found any information on them and
I'm not even sure what they're made of. They're very hard, like
plastic, but don't have the texture of either plastic or resin.
They feel lighter, like paper mache, but seem to thick and hard
for that medium. I love to put them out for the holidays and look
forward to years of enjoyment. TWO EXTRA SOLD
Love mid-century accent pieces. They are so bold and
yet so simple. This Royal Haeger vase
is a brilliant white
with the pebbled boco texture. Sure to be an eye catcher. SOLD

Patricia Rose Platter
Favorite pattern from Susie
Cooper, one of the most successful 20th Century English potters. This is a
lovely platter measuring 11 x 14.
This is a
wonderful heavy mixing bowl, beautiful vintage pottery bowl. I believe
it to be Bauer, but there are no markings on the bottom. It is
8 1/2" across, 4" tall and 4" at the base. No chips, cracks,
or scratches.
Hall Albany
Teapot
Introduced in 1945, this is a
cute little teapot with standard gold decoration. It is a nice teal green
color, usually referred to as "turquoise" by collectors but it's more a teal
green. I have a black lid for it, the original is lost. Or use for
vase, planter, ??
Found a whole set of
1921 Hand Painted Nippon in the vintage crane pattern. I'm keeping the
creamer, sugar and cups. There is a very cool handled tray that will
make a distinctive Sushi Plate or serving dish with your beach
decor. SOLD
